The Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, Minority Fellowship Graduate Association (MFGA) is a professional organization that focuses on providing support for alumni of the Minority Fellowship Program (MFP). The MFGA's primary goal is to help MFP alumni achieve their full potential as psychiatric mental health nurses by providing a supportive community, networking opportunities, and access to continuing education. The MFGA also serves as a resource for MFP alumni who are interested in pursuing leadership positions in their field. By providing a platform for alumni to connect with their peers, the MFGA helps to foster a sense of community and belonging among minority psychiatric mental health nursing professionals.

MFGA has completed numerous successful projects that have helped our members grow professionally and personally. One of our most notable projects is our virtual networking sessions, which has connected alumni across the globe. Additionally, our peer support on professional development and continuing education credits have allowed our members to stay up-to-date with psychiatric mental health trends and improve their skillsets.
